Comprising: Chemical analysis: using optical emission spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, SEM / EDS metallographic analysis.
The second element image measuring instrument: the use of CCD camera image magnification zoom function to capture forging through measurement calculation processing software, ensuring precise forging size, perfect appearance.
Universal testing machine: the forging of tensile strength test.
