Shaping change into non-heat-strengthened aluminum alloy(casting) and heat-strengthened aluminum (forging). Enhanced heat treatment cannot by heat treatment to improve the mechanical properties, can only be achieved by cold deformation strengthening. Heat-treated aluminum alloy can improve the mechanical properties by quenching and aging heat treatment, and it can be divided into hard aluminum, wrought aluminum, super-hard aluminum and special alloy and so on.


   

• 2014 is a precipitation hardened alloy. Forging achieves a high level of its strength after heat treatment, trucks and aircraft, and in the frame structure.

• 6061 is the most common form of aluminum, is capable of forging a variety of cars, ships, and structural components.

• 6082 is strengthened alloy can be heat treated, has good formability, weldability, machinability, while having moderate intensity, after annealing, good operability can be maintained.

• 7050 is a heat treatable aluminum alloy. 7050 aluminum forging has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking resistance, good mechanical properties, such as toughness and strength.
